- Returns Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
 - Return Request Deadline: Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
 - Mandatory Proof: An unboxing/opening video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package being opened and the issue at the time of delivery.
 - Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
 - Non-Returnable Items:

 - Customized or made-to-order garments.
 - Items purchased on sale or through promotional offers, unless damaged.
 
 
- Size Exchange: A one-time size exchange is offered, subject to stock availability. Size exchange requests also require an opening video and must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
 - Return Process:
 - Email or WhatsApp the company with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the unboxing video.
 - Once approved, they will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return shipping steps.
 - Refunds/Replacements Processing Time:
 - Replacements or exchanges will be delivered within 5–10 business days once the return is approved.
 - Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
 - Refunds or replacements will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
